Recently, Dongshun Company organized a two-day experiential training program with the aim of improving the company's cohesion, collaboration skills, and work efficiency, thereby enhancing the company's competitiveness in the market! All personnel participating in the experiential training will be divided into 6 teams and complete the set training projects during the two-day training.

The first day's training program is reporting. Each team reports from 1 to 100, with clear numbers. The team with the shortest reporting time wins. If someone reports an error in the middle, start counting again from 1. The captain of the two teams with lower grades will be punished for doing push ups. At the beginning, several teams repeatedly made counting errors, resulting in scores exceeding 1 minute.

By the afternoon of this activity, there were no more errors reported and the time had improved to 30 seconds or over 20 seconds. The number of push ups performed by the failed team captain has increased from 20 to 100. Watching the captain struggle with push ups, everyone held their breath. The result of one's own mistakes and lack of effort is that the captain takes responsibility. Isn't it the same in enterprises. Perhaps due to the lack of effort from one of us or a certain department, the enterprise may fail in market competition, resulting in serious consequences.

Seeing the punishment and pain experienced by the captain, the hearts of each team member became more united, their energy was highly concentrated, and their cooperation became more seamless. Timely summarizing experience and lessons is to achieve victory and prevent one's team leader from doing push ups. The score is also constantly improving: 17 seconds, 13 seconds, 11 seconds. This was an unimaginable result in the early stages, but it was achieved in the later stages of the competition! This indicates that the potential of each individual and team is infinite. As long as we unite as one and have a common goal, we can create one miracle after another!

The next day, the training project was tangram. In the previous matches, everyone was more focused on how to quickly assemble their team's graphics. So, they tried their best to get each other's tricks, refused to give in, complained to each other, resulting in everyone being unable to complete the puzzle and having poor grades. After calm thinking, we finally found a way to collect all the tangram together. In this way, everyone completed the task in a very short time.

This validates a famous saying: what one person cannot do, a team can do; The competition in the future is not between one person and another, but between one team and another. Only through mutual cooperation and mutual benefit can we succeed. The two-day training ended in a tense and orderly manner. What brings to every participant in the training is the reflection on failure and the joy of success. After the training, everyone expressed their gains and thoughts on the forum.
